Covenance has over 150 scientists engaged in process development at labs located at Mumbai and Ratlam. The team has developed over 60 APIs and is working on more than 20 process development programs at any point of time.

The process development labs are equipped with over 40 fume hoods with reactors upto 20L capacity and are supported by analytical epuipments as HPLCs, GCMS, LCMS, XRPD, TGA and NMR. Our latest GMP Kilo Labs and Pilot plants are equipped with short path distillation, molecular sieves, cryogenics etc along with conventional equipments.

The team has handled a wide variety of reactions and has been conferred best patent awards by Indian Drug Manufacturer's Association.
