With increasing generics penetration and price controls on mature products in a number of developed markets, Late Life cycle products often face increasing cost and sustainability pressures.

Responding to these challenges requires addressing cost components in both API and Formulations manufacturing. Large batch sizes: use of high efficiency machinery (e.g. FETTE compression machine, IMA packaging) has enabled us to have one of the lowest per unit conversion costs in solid dose manufacture.

Customers can qualify APIs from Ipca Labs portfolio as additional or new source and also get the solid dose products manufactured at our sites, thereby attaining lower API as well as formulations conversion costs.
